okay it's april now. so i've decided to blog, since there were lots of interesting things that happened during the last two weeks. and yeah, i think i will sound damn outdated, cuz most of the enthu bloggers have already blogged about band bbq and band camp like on the day itself. lol, nvm i shall be unique. =D

29th March 2008 (sat): BAND BBQ(:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY LINGMEI(: i only rmbr meeting siying, anqi and lingmei at tm, and i was quite late cuz i had qingming earlier on. so by the time i reached tm, they said they wanted to go anqi's house to do sth, so i went with them. and all i knew was that we stayed at her house singing/playing piano and guitar for 2 hrs', cuz that gay was happily recording her singing. HAHAHA. so yeah, bbq supposed to start at 3pm, but we reached super late. haha. told you guys it's walkable to that pit. LOL XD took random photos like all these:


















guess what's this. we were listening to the siying, lingmei and chinghong's recorded pachelbel singing. their all-time favourite song! and the song alw reminded me of the birthday cd they gave to me last yr. hahaha(:

we left the bbq place rather early. went to yakun and sort of celebrated lingmei's birthday. after that went home(:

and i dont think got any interesting things that happened after bbq and before band camp i guess. cuz it's the getting-back-MBTs-week. haha horrible i tell you, but i am so gg to get better grades for mid years. XD

4th-6th April 2008 (fri-sun): BAND CAMP CLICK!

first day:
had econs time-based exercise from 230 to 4pm on friday, which i think i should have just ponned it cuz it's a waste of time, and made me chiong home and chiong everything before leaving for band camp. met cow and val outside school, cuz we didnt want to walk into band room alone, cuz we were slightly late. lol. okay and for the first day, the only thing i rmbred was having band prac, tie water bombs, bathe, exco meeting, dial m trial and then slept.

it was really freaky to do dial m at like 1 plus 2 plus AM in the morning. esp the time when we were at the C block toilet. we had a little commotion in the toilet (with lights off), and clarissa screamed, and we were freaked out, and went back band room immediately, cuz clarissa was scared. haha. was supposed to do shift, but everyone was so tired, so we just slept. haha. i only had 1-2 hrs of sleep that night. =X

second day:
woke up, physical training, wet games, bathe, lunch. that was the afternoon programme. physical training was quite fun. had fun seeing how the groups played their captain's ball, and supervising those ppl who lost and were supposed to run 1 round and do 20 sit ups. LOL. wet games were even more fun! a pity i forgot to bring down cow's camera, so didnt have any wet games' photos (unless ms tan took them). was patrolling around the school to see the different groups, and joined in for the last few games (since the exco group had limited players). exco had a super gay cheer that goes like this : AHHHHHHHHH, EXCO! -.- station 3 game was fun, especially when we kenna the shoe to transport the water, we would be super happy, cuz we just used zul's shoe. and zul's shoe was like super big. so in the end we won the other group by alot. haha. oh yarh, that day's food for lunch was the best(: nice nice(:

and that was when our super gay mr president had to do forfeit, and zul just went dancing with his luggage. HAHAHA. cow has the video, if you stalkers want to see, go ask her(:

had combine after that. combined armenian dances and vesuvius. ms sia gave us a 10mins break, so the clarinet section (pity james and benjamin werent there) took section photos(:

had dinner after that. and something unexpected happened after dinner. and for the benefit of some ppl, i would like to say that the excos didnt know anything about it. anqi, junxian and i didnt fake doing the pushups, we really thought sth happened. so pls dont say that it's part of our plot. our plot wasnt even like that. but anw, wah almost died, and that was the first time i see junxian became so man. HAHAHA. but he wasnt that man afterall when he was doing the last 20 pushups. he gayly told me that he couldnt make it alr. LOL XD

had dial m after that. we thought that the bio lab area would be the scariest, but majority wasnt scared for that station. they were all scared for the C block toilet. lol. didnt really know what happened, cuz i was the station master, together with keith, at the squash court. and our area wasnt scary at all sia, it was super bright. was waiting for the first group to come, and gayly hear siying singing low low low, so we decided to hide. HAHA. subsequently we were tired of hiding, so we went to lie on the stairs. i think we looked like dead corpses. HAHAH.

okay so after dial m, went to bathe, watched abit of movie, ate ice cream (thanks mr wong!), then went back band room to sleep. which was rather ironic cuz the band was watching the movie, but you would realise that the excos in the band room were all sleeping. HAHA. tired la(:

third day:
nothing much happened that day. it was just waking up, breakfast, cleaning up, go back band room for prize presentation, exco debrief, then break camp. i shall let the photos do the talking(:

the subsequent photos are the 5th exco photos. noticed that clarissa wasnt there, cuz she gayly had stomachache, and we were rushing for time, so had to take without her. wasted. lol.

tkss was having marching practice on our field. so yes, i heard from random ppl MYpaper had reported that the residents complaint about MJCSB playing music on the field that day. hello! if that's us, we would be called MJCMB, not MJCSB. haiyoo. but tkss's formation was nice. kinda miss those times where we could hear tkss playing from our school haha. so went to whitesands cavana to eat lunch yupp. then went home(:

and guess what, becuz of the lack of sleep during band camp (i only had like about 7hrs of sleep for those 3 days), so have been sleeping during lectures and feeling rather restless for the past few days. cant wait for thurs night, so that i can sleep properly haha. well, kinda sad that we j2s are gg to step down soon. you know why! cuz i love my darling clarinet section, 5th exco, longbaos and MJCSB! omg cant believe the rest of the months without those happy wed and fri band days! HAHAHA. well, i still cant believe band camp is over! but i am glad that it was a success, at least we didnt screw up. (: well, i had fun planning this band camp with the 5th exco. it was a great experience, and i was happy that we made it, perhaps cuz this is the last project that we will be handling, before we really stepped down. so,
